I’ve tried one, and they can be pretty nice, but definitely have some trade-offs. One thing to consider is reliability. Moisture can sometimes mess with the electronics, so if you’re camping in a damp climate, that’s worth thinking about. Portability can be an issue, too, so maybe factor in how far you’ll be trekking with it. For some chilly nights, layering up and sitting on a regular chair with a hot water bottle might be just as effective and way less hassle. But if being toasty is your top priority, it’s a neat option to explore!
