Hey everyone!
I’m new to hiking and have been diving into all the gear I might need. One thing I’m curious about is trekking poles, specifically their designs. I came across a term “peak trekking pole” which is kind of self-explanatory, but I’m not sure if it refers to a specific style, brand, or technology.
Has anyone used a trekking pole designed specifically for peak or summit hikes? What sets them apart from standard trekking poles? Also, do they offer improvements in terms of weight, durability, or grip? I’d love to hear about any personal experiences or recommendations you might have!
Thanks!
